Tracking Information

The moment your bag ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey from our warehouse to your wardrobe.

No tracking number? Just email us — we'll find it for you.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or misdeliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you realize you made a typo after ordering — contact us immediately. We'll try to catch it before your bag leaves our warehouse.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We pack every bag with care, but accidents happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged or is lost before delivery:

  • Damaged: Email us photos of the packaging and the bag within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
  • Lost in transit: If tracking shows "delivered" but you don't have your bag, check with neighbors and your local depot first. If still missing, contact us within 7 days. We will investigate and replace or refund as needed.
